Bharatkumar Nagindas Vora, aged about 61 years, is one of the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. He has completed his Bachelor of Science from Gujarat University. He has more than 35 years experience in the field of sales, Marketing and Management of Tin Manufacturing business. He is associated with our company since 2006. He is the main force behind our company for the development of our manufacturing activities.
HARSHADKUMAR NAGINDAS VORA
Harshadkumar Nagindas Vora, aged about 56 years, is one of the Promoter and Whole time Director of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor of Science from Gujarat University. He has more than 33 years experience in the field of Finance, Production and Management of Tin Manufacturing business. He is associated with our company since 2006. He is motivational force for the development of our manufacturing activities. He is a Regional Conference Member of ISSPA (Indian Small Scale Paint Association Gujarat Region).
SIDDHARTH HARSHADBHAI VORA
Siddharth Harshadbhai Vora aged about 29 years, is one of the Promoters and Executive Directors of the Company. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University. After completion of education, he had joined the family business. He has more than 5 years of experience in Tin Manufacturing business. Now he is handling Unit 1 of Shree Raj metal and chemical Industries.
PRATIK BHARATKUMAR VORA
Pratik Bharatkumar Vora aged about 34 years, is one of the Promoters and Executive Directors of the Company. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University. After completion of education, he had joined the family business. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Tin Manufacturing business. Now he is handling Unit 2 of Shree Raj metal and chemical Industries. He is member in GUJARAT PAINT MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATION committee.

SOY P ITTY (CFO)
Soy P Itty, aged about 46 years, is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He was designated and appointed intend as the Chief Financial Officer in the Board meeting held on August 14, 2020. Before that he was Chief Accountant of the Company. He is B.com from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has experience of more than 14 years in the field of accounting, finance and management in Rajeshwari Metal Printers erstwhile partnership firm . His role in the Company is to manage the Company’s financial area which includes financial planning, management of financial risks, record keeping, financial reporting and taxation. No remuneration was paid to him as CFO in the Financial Year 2019-20.
VISHAKHA GUJRATI (CS)
Vishakha Gujrati, aged 28 years, is appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company in the Board meeting held on August 14, 2020. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Her role in the Company is to handle the core secretarial compliances in accordance with Companies Act, 2013 and applicable laws enforced in India. No remuneration was paid to her in the financial year 2019-20.
